Debbag (tanner) Iskender Celebi had the Iskender Celebi Mosque that is also known as Agackakan Mosque built in 16th century. Exact date of its construction is not known.

The grave of the benefactor Iskender Celebi is outside Topkapi. The mosque in ruins was repaired between the years 1955-57 and reopened the service by the people of vicinity.

The nearby Agackakan Dervish Lodge is completely devastated and disappeared. The children’s school located 200 metres west of the mosque is also in ruins.
